— You know your way around Adobe After Effects and Adobe Premiere Pro or similar tools in your sleep, and you are eager to learn more.
— You are familiar with After Effects expressions and can rig a character if needed.
— You have an education in Design, Fine Arts or related field or other useful education or years of self learning with a strong portfolio.
— You are able to create compelling vector illustrations or other animation assets from scratch.
— You know your basics in graphic design, infographics and typography.
— You have an organised way of working and arranging your projects.
— You speak fluent English. Finnish, Swedish or Portuguese give you a big plus :-)

— You can articulate your ideas with ease (but you don’t have to be an extrovert or super talkative to prosper here).
